I forget which network did the documentary but during the show they videoing firefighters in the lobby communicating and you can hear the bodies hitting. Really disturbing and why I still harbor anger towards those f'ers.

I remember seeing that as well but I can't recall which doc it was. It was such an eerie thing to hear as well as to see the reaction of the firefighters who heard it. That seems to be the thing that stands out to me the most about that doc.

I'm not arguing over a book anymore. I don't find it necessary and obviously the museum feels the same. If I saw it in a museum I wouldn't look twice at it, I can see others feel differently.
