I wonder what happened to the copy of "My Pet Goat" that George W. Bush was reading. Not kidding, either. That could be in the Smithsonian or it could be in that school's library or maybe the teacher brought it home to own a piece of history.

Used to work at 60 Hudson St. about 12 blocks away. Left 3 months before 9/11. My old crew was stuck at the job site for two days. Crazy time

I just read that 3700 people who were at the WTC/first responders have been diagnosed or died from cancer.

You really believe a classroom writing exercise about a goat should be put in the Smithsonian? I fully understand the circumstances of the pet goat story but it has no place in a museum.
