Got an aunt n uncle in Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island, praying the latest models are correct, little easterly jog so the sea gets blown out and not in.

The shelling on Sanibel Island and shark tooth hunting should be spectacular tho.

If TWC is on YT.tv, my night is consumed with TD and watching those fools

Captiva and Sanibel Islands may be completely submerged with the current track. I saw a tweet pointing this out, but can't find it now.

I went and entered a Cat 4. Unfortunately, this is what it returned. EVERYTHING would be under greater than 9' of water.

No issues yet. I’m a bit worried that if we lose power for too many days it might start to cook. That would make me sad. I’ve been procuring it for quite some time now.

I have a sister who lives in a place called Alys Beach she said that there is a lot of concern about this one.

My siblings and I own a house in St. Pete Beach that we inherited from our Mom. Myself and two siblings are selling our shares to the other two siblings. Closing is supposed to be next week, I don't think that's going to happen. One of my sisters called a neighbor and was told that the neighborhood is being evacuated. The properties back into a waterway that goes to the gulf. I am sure that they are concerned about the surge.

Godspeed, best wishes, and prayers to all in the path of this storm.

No, not video, just the live data and path of any flights. Send it!

The concern today has shifted from surge to potentially a whole lot of rain. Track has moved south, putting Port Charlotte in the crosshairs.

“We’re looking at spin inside of rain bands inside of a hurricane.”

That doesn’t sound promising. All the tornados on the news are right around where I live. Damn it.
