The Key West webcam is getting more entertaining with the bigger waves. Folks nearly getting knocked over, but still out there for photo shoots.

Nobody has asked for the Best place beach bar to watch the LSU-Auburn game in Venice, Fl on Saturday?

New plane has penetrated Hurricane #Ian, and is finding evidence that the secondary wind max observed earlier is intensifying, and evolving into an outer eyewall that now has stronger winds than the inner eyewall, at least in the SE quadrant. Eyewall replacement cycle underway.

Ian got stronger, grew taller, and the subtropical jet is cranking from the west across the Gulf more than the models anticipated. Ian got tall enough to feel it and is being pushed farther south on the Florida coast.

One reason why they had the Gulfstream doing upper air runs out in the Gulf today. Trying to pinpoint that jet

Ian hasn't even flinched from the EWRC. Interesting.

Those idiots don't realize that if you get swept out, you're pretty much dead. Wave surge like that will suck you under and pop you up miles away, drowned. Idiots.
