What mental health issues? There are meds for depression, anxiety, ADD, etc. Or is the term mental health issues a euphemism for stupidity?

A big part of the problems is the law schools who accept perspective students who are not smart enough to pass the bar.

Sounds like he was trying to further his career in politics by having a law degree.

Mission accomplished.

You don’t have to pass the bar to say you are a lawyer.

Blaming “mental-health” for the reason he failed. For OT-lawyers, he can’t continue taking it? If he can’t take it again, what prohibits him from taking it in another state?

Is this dude not making even minimum payments? 200K to 332K? What's that interest rate?

This is what happens when folks go to shitey law schools because acceptance is so easy and then can’t pass the bar.

He sounds like the type who frequently don't finish what they start and don't feel responsible for the costs of opportunity. The type with a restless, unrelenting discontent with their lot in life no matter their level of effort.

He didn't even talk about the woman and family who have been working and raising his kids, to support his worthless endeavors- while he at 32 decides to gamble hundreds of thousands on attaining a credential he admits is beyond his mental capacity. His wife is probably realizing what an unproductive, dissatisfied leach this guy is.

Pathetic. Glad I married well.

So the system worked this time. This person has no business being a lawyer.

So…..what’s your question. If you didn’t understand the risks in the beginning it’s was to see why you couldn’t pass the bar. Pay your debts!!!

Taking on a $200k loan was idiotic. Even if he had aced every course, passed the bar, and then obtained a high paying job.

If I had a mental health issue that could prohibit me from passing a test, I don’t think I would borrow $200k for the “education” that allows me to take said test.

But that’s just me.

Either he’s never getting through the character and fitness portion or he’s lying to make up a sympathetic excuse.

There’s no excuse for only taking it twice in 10 years.
