Prestige?

When ambulance chasers like boosie have passed the bar after like 8 attempts, it kind of takes away from the prestige from lawyering

This will only get worse as law schools move away from the LSAT

"Help offset living costs...". This asshat was already working full time. Why would he take out money in excess of the tuition? Student loan lenders should send the money directly to the school and not let these fools take out money they just blow on living it up.

This were surrounding yourself and seeking advice from those that truly care about you is important. Too often we tend to look for validation and not truth. Bottom line, this person never should have gone to law school. Yes, you are not getting the job you want, but maybe you aren’t able to do that job.

Should have gone to law school in Louisiana in 2020.
No bar examination required. Just graduate from law school and admitted to the Louisiana bar. Probably well over 100 lawyers from 2020 that would have never passsd the bar exam too.

didn't know being a dumbass was a mental health issue. But seriously, if you're too mentally ill to pass a test, aren't you too mentally ill to be a lawyer?

Son of and brother to lawyers and they’d both tell you the last thing the world needs is another mentally ill attorney.

Not like just being a lawyer is some ticket to financial freedom. I was surprised to see how little some make.

Mental health issues?

You didn’t realize this as you were progressing through law school?

Did they say a law degree and future job cost 200K or did they say it would buy you the opportunity to put in the work and one day become a lawyer?

Uh-huh. Over-stressing or just not being smart enough is a "mental-health" issue now?

He should have moved to Louisiana for the "everyone gets to pass bar exam" and then moved back to his jurisdiction seeking reciprocation.

It amazes me that places like Southern can still operate. Pay six figures for a degree and there’s a 50% chance you don’t get to use it per past graduating classes.
