I have noticed a dwindling in their numbers and I think they are either done or just about done! They were bad this year!

Drought here in north Florida meant we had a very light year for love bugs.

Thousands of fricking Woolly Aphids are swarming my area right now though

Love bugs come out heavy around August.
Love bugs go away around September.
Why are so many of you acting like this is new? I've never seen so many baws complaining about love bugs that come every year.

I think they’re all just migrating to my property. You’re welcome.

I've noticed way more here this year in Pcola than I have previous years.

Still going down here. I swept the greatest amount of dead ones off my porch yesterday.

Definitely not done in north LA. I didn’t think about it but filled up the gas tank yesterday with the driver’s side door open. Threw 7 pair of them out the window in the 5 miles leaving the station.

I guess it just depends on where you are. I've had some awful years with them but this year was not bad at all.
