405 isn't impressive at all unless you can rep it with complete control

doing one rep is probably a shitty half rep and you're fat or look like crap

Anyone who legitimately squatted 405 has been around a gym long enough that they should know that's very impressive.

I squatted 405 lbs over 40 years ago. Now, my knees punish me when I step off of a curb. I wish I had not done it.

Unless he’s all legs and is only 4’5” no he can’t. 465 is a lot of weight for a HS kid, much less one that weighs less than 180 lbs.

Solid lift if performed below parallel. I see a lot ego lifters loading up the bar at the gym to perform half squats.
