We just need Bloomberg to give us all that $1 million a piece that he'll never miss.

I wasn't comparing us to SK. I was simply pointing out that everyone has a point in which they are going to have to go back to normalcy and accept some level of infections.

Needless to say, another 3 weeks of this is still going to completely devastate the US financially.

since most of this is being done on a state level, i bet you see some states react differently than others

this is assuming the riots haven't started by that point

No one wanted to be the last to declare an emergency. I have a feeling no one is going to want to be the first to lift it.

I think you are a bit behind on your news gathering.

Seeing that beautiful bastard delivering the first pitch of the season will be my moment where all is right in the world again.

A quick pregame shot of Kate and them big arse tittays is just icing on the cake.

I don't see there being riots after 3 more weeks unless something really drastic happens.

I don't see them at 2-3 weeks either

2-3 months...it will happen somewhere

some businesses will start to say "frick it" and open back up and the police will come shut them down and then shite will get crazy

That’ll happen sooner than then, at least bar and restaurant wise. They’ll be desperate in two weeks let alone months.

"15 Days to slow the spread!"

You would have to think so, huh?

I mean there does have to be a tipping point where whatever the hell it is we are doing to "shut everythign down" is worse on humanity than the worst possible alternative of this virus (killing 1-2% of the population???).

This is not the first time human society has been faced with such a tough choice.

i am legit curious if it would have been better to just declare war on China than what we (as in the world) did

probably costs less lives and certainly less money
