I order the Edam cheese from our MAFES store. I give it as gifts to a few of my regular post office customers, and I have noticed them ordering their own now. One is a retired special agent. He finished the 2lb cannonball so fast, I was concerned.

A little bit of a good blue cheese with fig jam on a cracker...heavenly.

for sure. They also sell dried figs at both Sams/Costco. Been doing that as well. Just some small snacks so I don't get over 180#s.

What’s it like to weigh 400 lbs? Do you also enjoy eating multiple Big Macs per week?

Boomer here that thought cheese was that nasty Craft sliced stuff in the single wrappers. Wife started buying the blocks of Jalapeno, and last 10 years the Dubliner from Sam's/Costco and I'm just addicted to it. I know it's not expensive but I feel like I'm a cheese snob for those $15 bricks of cheese. That's good cheese. Can't eat the other blocks we used to get. Anybody get the Dubliner?

Have you started to rub it on your wiener before you go watch Fox News in the morning?

I kid I kid

Haha yeah me too… when you find the good stuff it’s like crack trying to find it again… I think it’s the moisture content. The less the better

I’d not get bored with the Sharcootery, I’d posit.

Good stuff, I also like the Jarlsberg. One of my favorite guilty pleasures on cold days is a grilled cheese (with a Dubliner and Gouda on sourdough) and tomato basil soup.
