Yes, it's inflation. But I also believe there are places profiteering. If your shop is charging $25 (or whatever) for a shrimp poboy, I wonder if you should be in business at all, and then I think... why are people paying this much for a sandwich?

I can find places that have decent to good prices. Also, not mentioning the town/city, I traveled somewhere recently (outside La.) and the prices were pretty good everywhere I went.
