We might as well be on the Great Plains. It’s tough to do yard work in.
That’s all.

It's been a consistent hard wind in Lake Charles since Wednesday morning. It's annoying.

Yeah, upper 80s are so much more enjoyable when there's no breeze

You don't like the way it feels blowing through your luscious New Iberia cut?

Man I don’t know. I’ve heard some horror stories from those fronts blowing through, unencumbered by any geographical breaks, with absurdly vicious force

It has blown all my clippings onto my neighbor's lawn so I'm good with it.

I’ve never seen wind sustained over 20 mph for 4 days straight around here. I’d move to the panhandle of Texas if I wanted this crap.

Retrieved a chair from the pool 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First world problem.

Like I first heard in Rock Springs, Wyoming in 1981 about the wind there: it doesn’t blow, it sucks.

Had to tie my Adirondack chairs to the wharf to keep them from blowing into my pond. Also been picking up branches all week. And how about grass clippings blowing into your face?

This is the windiest spring I can remember. Seems like this entire past month has been gusting all the time.

The only good wind is that first big north wind in fall.
