No biggie, my rule is up to 7-10 days. Meat, especially lean like turkey is okay to eat at 5 days.
Now, always do a smell test.
I even eat food left out overnight.

7 days is a good rule of thumb. My FIL will eat boiled crabs 2 weeks in.
