My rule of thumb: If I have to fill my drink and throw away my trash, no tip.
So, places like Subway, Jersey Mike's, Dillas get no tip.

I doubt most of them expect tips.

Fat Boys. 1 small pepperoni pizza, 1 salad, and 2 drinks. $40. Next time I’ll save $6 and take a bottled water. Kids working, they won’t even notice.

They don’t do anything. Yall need to stop freaking out about an option that most workers don’t expect you to click. It’s the same as the little jug/bottle my the check out at a snowball stand. It’s there for if you want to give a little extra but no big deal if you don’t.

That's never happened to me either and we order DoorDash once or twice a week. I have had a big van show up with 6 small kids in it who were pretty loud, though.
