I feel like I just experienced a statistical impossibility.

Making breakfast for the family and I had 6 double yolks out of a dozen eggs. I have no idea what percentage of chicken eggs are double yolks but I know I’ll go months without seeing one.

I knew there was an old wives tale about double yolks but I couldn’t remember if it was good or bad.

Why are cage free eggs brown and the caged eggs white?

You don't hear any BLMers complaining about this.

I've had 4 before, and I thought that was crazy.

I didn’t know that existed. Do they hold each egg under a fluoroscope or something to determine which ones are double yolks?

Shitty thread.

Some people can tell yolks and others simply can’t.

I have had double yolks pretty often but I have never seen a double yolk boiled egg before.

I always have found that strange.

I had gone my whole life without seeing any (50+ years).

Earlier this year I got a dozen eggs with 5 double yolks.

I've never had a double yolk egg in my life. I feel like I'm missing out.

We’re seeing a lot more of this in conjunction with the 5G rollout.

I had like 5 out of 12 last dozen. I’m sure it’s some death hormone we are being fed

We used to live a few miles from an egg farm and when you bought the extra large jumbos it was almost gauranteed all would be double yolkers.

according to google the odds of getting a double yolk egg are about 1 in 1000, so I would say thats very insane if that really happened
