I am not sure there is anything more frustrating than a toddler who refuses to eat

Toddler's mama refusing nookie for a decade beats it by a mile

We struggled getting my done to eat anything other then Mac and cheese or eggs. Then after getting his tonsils removed he is now eating like a horse.
Turned out they were so enlarged it was partially blocking his ability to swallow. So he didn’t like meat/chicken because RO was too hard to swallow.

They will eat when the they are hungry enough. You have to have more will power and patience than the toddler.

Going through this now. There’s no reason to cave and give them the garbage they want. They’ll eat when they must.

We tried this and she would wake up hungry at 2am. So, who really wins? We started letting her eat whatever she wanted whenever she wanted.

Asking your SO where she wants to eat

I have a grandson who is like that sometimes. There are times you can't get him to eat to save your life but there are also times when he will eat like a piglet. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it

The toddler and it was a 70-0 blowout.

Play the that's mine game and take bites from his plate. He'll finally get tired of pops eating his grub.

Toddlers are grazers.
Lots of small portions of different types of foods.
This helped us tremendously.
For example, tonight my 3 year old had spaghetti, raspberries, strawberries, mangoes, half a banana muffin, carrots, and cheese.
All 3-4 bites of each. She won’t always eat all of it, but she will always find something that she will eat.

I have a 2.5 year old so I get it
The thing that works the most for us (when it’s not related to a tummy or throat issue) is cutting out snacks and staying outside all day and getting them to work up an appetite. Literally getting them to run, skip, hop, etc.
they’ll eat anything at that point! I’m not sure why, but eating outside also seems to be more successful than eating inside.
I usually serve the protein first to get it out of the way, then follow up with some sort of carb, then veggies, and fruit for the final course. Seems to work most of the time.

I have a 2 year old. She’s awesome but she’s also very good at being a toddler.
I wouldn’t trade her for all the money in the world. But I am not sure I’d pay a dime for another one.
