ERC looks like a go.
On this point, the eye is probably going to wobble like crazy if this cycle actually takes. Going to need y'all to not freak out over every one. At least I'll be asleep.

Levi said that it’s possible that a weaker Dorian could go further west while turning north.
Two reasons that could cause weakening he said. Upwelling of colder water due to slow movement or an EWRC.
Something to watch for.

I’ve heard of such a bird but didn’t know which one. I assume they will move from SFL if it will be that close to the coast. Would make their fishing jobs a littler harder? Very interesting! Thanks!

I sufficiently understand enough not to freak. Give me something to c & p while you’re sleeping and I’ll try to hold back hysteria

Send Jim Cantore the bill. No worries. Where has Stephanie Abrams been? She is usually up in the middle of something like this.

Don't. Seriously. I'm not trying to pick on you, it was simply the fact you were the one doing it this morning. You've been in these threads for a long time. You know what makes a good question here and what's better served on a forum like storm2k. That was my only point this morning.
I love how serious you take everything

Nassau airport had flights all day today. Pretty full schedule tomorrow as well

On a serious note, shouldn’t everyone on the east side be high tailing it to Tampa?
We are banking on a turn that could be off by 50 miles?
Seems nuts not to flee. Jmo

With where this storm is and the speed it is moving, you should be waking up about the same time it stalls. I really need it to take that hard right tomorrow night.

What is that a picture of? It looks like a midwestern supercell in April.
ETA: why am I getting downvoted? No one is dense enough to believe you could see the curve of a hurricane like that right?

Freeport Airport has a hell of an aviation forecast tonight.
Variable wind direction, 80 mph winds, gusts to 200 mph. Not sure I'll ever see those numbers again.
