That’s what happens when there’s more air time than new info. CNN affect.

Don't. Seriously. I'm not trying to pick on you, it was simply the fact you were the one doing it this morning. You've been in these threads for a long time. You know what makes a good question here and what's better served on a forum like storm2k. That was my only point this morning.

You don't need to. Vetting some stuff from places like 2k is fine here. Just frame it up like a question.

FWIW 2k is an good resource if you know how to tell bullshite from decent info. There are some very knowledgeable people there. Too bad they are the minority in the sea of wishcasting and half understanding. I know people read it, so asking if something makes sense from there isn't a bad thing.

However, when they get too old to swim with the tourists, we send them to a special place where they are fattened up, then baconized. Who wants breakfast!!?

Seriously, swimming with the young pigs is a thing on one of the Norwegian Cruise Line stops.

In typical fashion, Duke frames it better than I did.

Those pigs would be dead already if they couldn’t swim with those tourists.

Would this be a Category 6 if a new Saffir Simpson scale was created.

Wait. I can swim with one then eat one?

How much are flights to the Bahamas?

’ve never researched or considered much how fish populations respond before, during or after a major hurricane. Thanks for the new obsession!

Here is something else for you while you are doing research. The University of Miami has a stupid looking bird named Sebastian as their mascot. Years ago I asked a Miami fan WTF that was and what it had to do with anything.

He explained that Sebastian is an Ibis and they are the last wildlife to leave before a hurricane arrives.

Have the Ibis flocks left south FL?

Doing some really rough math in my head, a "Category 6" would be like 25-30 mph above 5 threshold. So about 182-187 maybe.

Dorian would be borderline, depending on how you cut it.

Cloud tops warming right after we got the double max in the recon. ERC looks like a go.

ETA: We'll have radar of the whole damn thing too.

Here is some trivia for you. In the state of FL, there are so many wild pigs that there is open season all year. I don't believe a hunting license is required.
