Chelsea’s new stadium. 40+k seat stadium for a major English soccer team in london right next to downtown. Announced and models built and I think one house they needed to buy wouldn’t budge and then it totally lost steam and as far as i know has been totally scrapped.
Stamford bridge is a classic EPL stadium and wouldve Been totally torn down.

I couldn't remember the name, but it seems like some mega theme park gets rumored in New Caney every few years. Everything from new Disney to Margaritaville. I assume there's some old speculator out there who knows how to market ideas to local news reporters but can't get anyone to buy his land.
