A 30 year old single mom, she is probably looking for stability.
She is probably being open and honest with you for one of 2 reasons:
1) She is looking for long term, and wants to be as open and honest as possible with you
2) She wants short-term dick, and is putting it all out there because your emotions are unnecessary to her.
Single moms generally don't have time for bullshite. She'll likely be fine with either long or short-term. . .so long as you let her know what you are looking for, and don't be all wishy washy about it.
