Clean your drains, seriously. If you don’t, those little frickers will just keep laying eggs in them and you’ll keeping beating your head against the wall wondering why can’t you get rid of them

got one of these recently and I’ve been “hoping” to have flies inside because it’s so fun. Haven’t tried it on toddler yet…

When we eat crawfish, we put a half full bowl of water with saran wrap on top on the table to keep the flies away. Something about the reflection of the water and saran wrap that keeps them away.

this ^^^^^

an ounce of bleach in each drain before you go to bed will kill everything living in or laying eggs in your pipes.

this is something that should be done about once a month at minimum

Bigger problem is all the things hitching a ride on your groceries. About 3 years ago some came in on some grocery fruit (we think) and in like a few days seems like we had 100's all over the house.

I have an A Salt Gun loaded with kosher salt. It's fun to hunt those little shits.

I get griped at now using my Bug-a-salt in the house now that we have ceramic tile floors. It was easier to hide the evidence when we had carpet.

When I was a kid and esp before we got AC (central Gulf coast of FL), i used a rubber band and killed/stunned them when they landed on window screen, then fed their twitching bodies to the spiders in the garage....
