How should the U.S. retaliate against China?

When this is over, China faces a brutal reckoning. What should we do in retaliation, short of an actual military strike?
So what steps should we take to retaliate against China for the immense damage they inflicted on us and the world at large?
Potential suggestions:
1. Cancel interest payments on all debt owed to China.
2. Provide incentives for U.S. corporations to bring supply chains and manufacturing out of China.
3. Call for China to be removed from the WTO and remove its most favored nation status.
4. Aggressively scrutinize and prosecute Americans who engage in espionage and do work for the Chinese government. Traitors will be given the death penalty.
5. Further strengthen ties with India to serve as a check against Chinese aggression.
6. Ban Huawei

Send in 3 container ships to land near simultaneously in Tianjin (closest port city to Beijing), Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Also have a few FedEx planes land at the same time in Wuhan. When the port guard comes to inspect the ships, kill them, and arm the Chinese people to the teeth providing tens of millions of arms. Hopefully we can turn lemons into lemonade and get the Chinese people to overthrow the CCP.
Granted that could lead to nuclear war, but I would like for us to be the French in their equivalence of the American Revolution. Unlike the Middle East, the Chinese people are decently westernized already only way more racist.
