Depending on mood I would either park legally in my driveway/yard so that one of them were blocked in by me or go talk to them.

If my memory is good, you recently moved in. Maybe the visitor assumed the place was still empty.
Also, didn't you move to LC?
If so go down to the Pic Quick and pick up some Chelada Tall Boys and some Fireball shooters. Go next door and make some new friends. They probably have some leftover asada and fresh salsa they are about to serve up.
