How should I handle my neighbor?

Currently living in a townhouse and we share a driveway with our neighbors, but we each have a garage and it has a divider in the middle.
Well I get home tonight, and they have a car parked on the street that is preventing us from turning into our driveway and into the garage. Should I:
A) Knock on the door now and demand they move
B) Call a towing company
C) Wake up at the arse crack of dawn and knock on the door and demand them to move

Well let's see....I'm going to go into my file of "go-to" OT responses for a crisis like this. Let's see what fits...
