Mid sex? Only one of the photos shows a woman who might even be slightly unclothed. The rest of them look like their more prepared for housecleaning than sex. Hell, one of the guy's even looks like he still has on what he wore to the office. Doesn't look like dysfunction, it looks more like disinterest.
Oh, and just to stir up some crap, how long before the homosexual crowd steps up and whines that they are not represented in the ED issue? I mean it has to be a thing with them also, right?
But to answer your original question, I would say not realistic, although I haven't had actual personal experience (yet anyway).

It’s happened to me occasionally before after a long stressful day in the 100 degree heat at work. She will want to and I’ll try and it just ain’t gonna happen. It doesn’t upset me cause I just wanted to go to sleep in the first place. She gets a little upset cause she thinks it’s lack of attraction to her or something but I just say no I don’t feel good I’m tired and stressed and I’m just ready to sleep. If it was her then it would be a constant problem, not one random day when everything worked fine every day for the whole week prior

The only reason a guy would have difficulty in getting it up for these women, is if they are constantly really bitchy and regularly are turning them down and they finally watch a particular Hallmark movie that puts them in a rare good mood.

None. All of those guys are 30 at best, and the women are good looking.
