Seems every year a new TV comes out with new cool features, but the last great thing is 4k which came out a few years ago.
how often do you replace the main TV you use?

We've had ours a few years but it's about time.
What's good out there?

I just recently helped my bud get a deal on a new TV. If you know what you’re doing, every year you should be able to sell your old TV and buy a new one with hardly any loss, if not a profit.

About every 10-15 years. Still rocking a 60" Vizio LCD in the living room. I see no reason to replace it.

Every 6 months while I’m in line waiting on the newest iPhone.

Pretty sure 8k is out now.

I've had my Phillips 47 flat screen for 8 years. It's survived 4 moves and still works great. I love that thing. That said, I recently bought a house so I will likely upgrade.

I bought my current living room TV in early 2007.
The previous TV was ruined by Katrina and I think I bought that in 2000.

Probably no one in the world does this.

Every 6-8 months. They’re too affordable not to.

I still have two phillip plasmas. I absolutely love plasmas and will likely continue using them for a couple more years. The urge to get a 4k is strong though. Im guessing when all said in done my plasmas life span will be about 10 years.

Whenever my current one stops working. I've never been worried about trying to "Keep up with the Joneses". Or whatever that idiom is
