Every day at least 20-30 minutes before bed. Has helped my sleep a lot.

Long story time...
I always hated reading... But for 30 years I was reading the internet. (I Know) But I was always searching this or that. Using the internet to research an item, read about a person, battle, unit, president... all kinds of history really.
Then I got the idea to write a movie... (Wait, there's more)
I had started working out and I thought that I would exercise my mind as well, so I decided to start reading books. In the evening before bed was the only time that I had. (on the couch btw.) So I chose to read a book that would keep me interested so it had to be about WWII. I chose a book from a Militaria show that I had purchased. An original printing of "Brave Men" by Ernie Pyle.. It was a great read.
Then later than sooner I had about 20 or 30 books under my belt. All about WWII and most of them were written during that period of time.
And what sort of happened was that what I was reading was supporting and backing up what I had written in my movie script.... That was a huge boost...
Well my script is complete... but unfortunately due to moving, Holidays, tweekers, life and reasonability, I have not had a chance to start reading again. (And my new house didn't have a couch)
But I have the next book pickled out. WWII goes to Hollywood. About the Actors and Hollywood that assisted in the War effort.
Ironically, (When) my movie hits and they want a sequel, I already have it planned out.
Sorry for the long post...

I read cookbooks, but that's about it. Pretty funny since my degree is in English with a concentration in Literature. I enjoy nonfiction books of other sorts, but seldom select one.
I find fiction to be boring. I just don't care what happens to a fictional character. Same reason I can't get into TV shows for the most part but love a documentary.
I can only watch fiction when tipsy, weirdly. If it's a series, I'll never turn it on ever again. I'll plow through 6 episodes and never know what happens to them again. So I stick with movies when drinking so at least I know the ending.

A few times a week, either before bed if I’m not too tired or at academy appointments.

I still read physical books, but one thing that drastically icreased my reading output was getting an E-ink Kindle. Not the Fire tablet with internet access and apps to distract you, but a text-only e-reader:
Its light and thin, holds Gigs of books, and fits in your hand. Easy to hold and read so you can take your books with you wherever you go. No distractions. Got a spare 15 minutes? Pull it out and read. This is an old 4th gen model that my wife used to use, but there are newer versions. Again, the key is no Internet distractions. You can read on a phone but you have too many things like email and social media vying for your attention. I more than doubled my reading output this year with this, and I love it.

I do audiobooks more often than reading, but I do like to read. I just started this, but I am trying to read or listen to an autobiography of every US President.

I typically read in bed before going to sleep almost every day. I might read for 5 mins or 50 mins depending on how tired I am. Generally I fall asleep while reading. On Sundays I usually sleep in; if I wake up early I might spend an hour or two reading before getting out of bed.
The only other times I will read is when I'm on a flight or on vacation. I was in Mexico last week, reading by the pool while sipping on margaritas.
Also reading on a Kindle makes it much more convenient.

Rare these days. My attention span has become similar to that of a goldfish.

Before bed is the best moment.

I start listening to audiobooks on my commute during the week.
I go the audiobook route too...usually my free time is going towards cleaning or gardening at the same time.
Sitting & reading a physical book is a great experience though. I find it fun to bring themed books when I go on vacation. Some kind of sailing or pirate book on the annual beach trip. Nature stories when I'm at the cabin etc. Local history books are great too because it brings the area to life so much more than just googling buildings.

I have plenty of time. I'm a doer not a reader.

Usually at night after the kids are in bed. It’s been much more difficult this past year with a newborn in the house.

Read (on Kindle) each night, in the bed, before I go to sleep.

I read all the time. Great way to unwind after dealing with people's bullshite driving all day.
Read the Sword of Truth series over the past year, sprinkled in some Lee Child, Jim Butcher, and Dean Koontz as well.

Pretty much daily.
Random times for a little bit after work but mostly when I'm in bed before I go to sleep.
Have to look on the book board to see my totals but I was over 10,000 physical pages
