$300 at Commons for a year. Then 400 for a house, then 300 for a better house.

600 a month split 3 ways then they went up to 900 before we left.

We had free cable, and after a big storm messed up our transformer or meter we even had free electricity for almost 3 years. Eventually they figured it out and back billed us dor 4 months.

I pay more than $150 for cable but it includes internet. I cut the cord and didn’t like it. But I’m OT rich so whatever.

This is for a college student. Cable is a luxury that they don’t need.

About 250 plus utilities in a 2b apartment with three other roommates and then 325 plus utilities for a 2b apartment with one other roommate. This was mid to late 00’s.

If OP wants to pay it, he can. I would hope it includes internet, which might as well be a necessity for most, especially college students.

1989 I paid $75 per month for a garage apartment in Southdowns. Included cable and electricity. I had to pay the phone bill.

Mine was about $150 per month with two roommates. We had a 3 BR condo just off campus (in Johnson City, TN in the early 90's). The unit was about 10 years old, with no updates since construction. So, the whole place was about $450/mo.

That’s insane! I live on the beach in Gulf Shores for cheaper rent than that in a 3 bedroom 2/12 bath and wake up looking at the Gulf everyday.
