They won’t be tested if they don’t have the symptoms.

Sneezing isn't a symptom of the virus

As noted, allergy symptoms aren't the same.

Doesn't matter. A lot of people can't be counted on to figure this out and will freak the hell out.

Yep. People are dumb and will try to get tested for reasons totally unrelated to the Wuhan flu

The dry throat cough is a minor problem but not as bad if not hacking cough and lack of fever.

But yeah it’s an issue.

I thought about this all day today. I sneezed at the gas pump today and people jerked their heads around like I had just shot a gun. Pollen is everywhere and driving me crazy and I can only imagine how people are going to react when you have sneezing, sniffling people all over town.

I won't lie. I look when people cough now. I'm also super conscious when I cough in public. It's going to cause a LOT of anxiety but mostly because of the idiots acting like 100% of the population is going to get this and all the elderly are going to die. The panic is real. Even without the coughs. Nonstop news coverage of every single case kinda does that.

Unless they happen to play in the NBA.

I am coughing like hell and have a stopped up nose. No fever though. My area will not test you if you don't have fever. Hope everyone and their loved ones make it through this unscathed.

No kiddin, I was taking a bag of trash out a little while ago, and it was kind of dark. I couldn't see that the top of my garbage can was covered in pollen, and when I flipped it back, it covered me like a cloud. I have been sneezing and sniffling ever since.

Tell that to the unwashed masses who are glued to the tv thinking they are going to die any second. I coughed at the grocery store yesterday. The entire aisle emptied. People are freaking the frick out.

This is true.

There is a nurse here in Columbus who claimed, on a Facebook community page for local moms, that she had the virus. She was near death. Never been through so much pain etc etc. People in hazmat suits had to take her to the hospital. Then she said she was a neonatal nurse and named all the places she has been in the past week. Of course everyone on that page flipped the frick out because some had kids that had been in contact with her and her kids before school closed. Not to mention she worked at the hospital in neonatal.
Turns out she only had a Urinary Tract Infection.
She should be fired from her job for causing mass hysteria. She's either crazy or has Munchausen Syndrome

Been dealing with sinus issues for almost a week now because of the damn pollen. Has my staff freaked out because they think I have the corona. I'm (unfortunately) used to this crap this time of year every year.

Woke up with a ridiculous sinus headache this morning. Frick pollen, man.

It’s like nobody knows there are once a day allergy medications like Claritin, Zyrtec, Singular, etc. I start taking 12 hour Claritin D for 60 days starting March 1. Rarely have an issue. Also, there are 2 types of histamines receptors. One is in your stomach. If like me, I have to take Zantac which has an antihistamine with the Claritin D.

I’m feeling it right now. Scratchy throat, a little bit of congestion in the head. I picked a hell of a day to do yard work yesterday

At its peak I will get a cough and sometimes fatigue due to medication and my immune system working overtime during allergy season.
