I worked there for two years as an on campus student job. So I was there a lot. Pretty good gig as they didn’t care if we studied at work and the supply closet kept me stocked with pens and paper. We didn’t have the glory hole / gay meet ups in the bathroom problem there then that they apparently have now. But I am pretty sure the reserved study pods on the upper floor were a haven for hook ups.

CEBA was also a piece of shite with one computer lab on the first floor. They had engineering computer labs but they almost always had classes going on. The new business building was not yet built at the time I went to LSU

For actual library purposes, probably like 20 times or more.

For taking shits...LOTS!

This. I used to go up to the top floor and study. I could look out the window and see Tiger Stadium. Not a bad view.

I used it a lot but this was before the internet became a research powerhouse.

I used it at least a few times a week and spent a lot of time studying there. I went to college at a time when writing a research paper sometimes required accessing non-digital books and journals. I also didn’t have my own computer with the internet for part of my college experience.

That was 2000-2004.

Several times per week, sometimes I’d go in there just to get caught up on some class work between classes or nap.

I failed library science in there, so several. Also had a few papers that required me to get information from print books, because the info wasn't available online

Same. I think I was in the library once a week at least, but a lot of time that was just because I didn't feel like going back to the apartment between classes.

Outside of printing, I'm not sure I could tell you the number of times I needed actual "library" things while I was in there though. It was pretty rare.

I used the front porch to cross the quad when it was raining and to pick up the reveille. Think I had a class in there once.

Less than five. Why spend time there when any information you could possibly ever need is online?

There were a few semesters where I would have two hours between classes and I would go in there... Unless the weather was nice outside.. And I would go there to study sometimes, but I would go find an area away from everyone... Like on the 3rd floor.

But I took a probability, an engineering class and a sports marketing class one summer right after the student union renovations were complete and I would go in there instead of Middleton to between classes. I think I had one early class, 3 hrs in between and then the next two were back to back.

In the student union I was able to grab something to eat, study and catch up on sports center..
