ATP here. Did military flying for about 20 years, now work for a fractional. It’s not a bad gig.

Who does the customer’s tax planning? Do you work with anyone on that?

PPL ASEL with complex endorsement. Just shy of 100 hours.

Really wanting to start my instrument just not able to right now due to time and money.

Expensive hobby but so rewarding.

The customer typically has a lawyer(s) for that.. we don’t really advise on tax planning on their behalf. We have stipulations on where we can close based on customers home base, country of registration, etc.

Even to rent a wet 172 it’s $120 per hour. I have no idea how people finance rotary wing training. I guess those Cabri G2’s and whatnot are nice, but having 1500 hours in a helicopter I can’t imagine having to have paid for the training.

Also the smallest helicopter I’ve ever flown is the OH-58C. I would be scared to fly a Cabri!

Yes. Offices on the ground suck!
Have several friends in the regional world and many friends in the rotary world. Wanna be more than the ops guy.

You shouldn't have any problems getting hired, maybe by a major.

Good luck.
