Slight preference for FDX, but I’d be happy with either. I don’t have my app in for any cargo yet(stupid since that’s what I want to do). I’m just waiting until I hit the 1500 TT mark. I’m nowhere close to 1000TPIC(sitting just over 200).

My father was a naval pilot back when WWII ended. Never was in actual combat. Got his wings in Pensacola if I remember correctly from his stories. Way before I was born. Can piloting skills be passed on by heredity? I swear I have dreams flying an airplane, prop, and flying the shite out of them. Or is that the crown royal talking?

I fly a Phenom 300. I like the job, get to meet some very interesting people. It’s something different every day, you’ll never get bored. It’s not for everybody, but I enjoy it.
Also, you can live anywhere you want, and not have to commute on your time.

was shooting the shite with a couple of guys at work last night, both VN vets, one rotorhead, one Phantom driver that did a little time in the Hilton, they were fricking with each other, the chopper guy was giving the F-4 guy shite about no air support during insertions or dustoffs, the F-4 guy was like why the hell would we when you won't come pick us up when we get shot down Indian territory?
