Down 40 pounds total and want to lose 20 more to get to 215 pounds. 235 now. Thinking about going back on it for a few months.
Are you 6’5?

I'm 65. I've gained 15 pounds in 40 years.
Eat healthy and proportionally.
Run multiple times weekly.
Work out with weights multiple times weekly.
No issues with ED.
No drugs.

I've lost 40 pounds over the last 5 months from jogging, intermittent fasting, and cutting out sodas and most sweets. That always seemed like the more logical way to do it rather than taking an experimental drug

I can tell you a scientific fact that every 10 lbs you lose adds one inch to your “member”. I have lost 30 lbs so I’m rockin 4 inches.
You gain weight and your pronouns will change.

Then you should be like 175, especially if you aren’t lifting. 215 is still fat

Not here. Went on carnivore and started running. Have lost 38 pounds in 72 days so far.

Curious how many people are on the shot and still eat unwell, do not move or get enough sunlight, manage sleep well, etc.
In other words, just take short cuts.

They would have to mention that in the “side effects” part of the commercial, wouldn’t they?

Since most people are going to be dog shite about these medications I will give a serious response.
I have been on semaglutide and terzepatide for diabetes related to pancreatic issues. Semaglutide is reported to have less side effects however I find the terzapatide easier to live with with less severe nausea. The only times I really get nauseous is when I was adjusting to new doses or had eaten too much. It is a fine line eating until full and over eating with these medications.
I don't take these for weight loss, however I did lose some weight, 100% of the weight I loss was gained when I was put on insulin. Insulin makes you extremely hungry, I could talk about the science behind it but nobody cares. Just because I didn't use these for weight loss doesn't mean I don't think people should, being overweight is about the worst thing you can do for your health and if these shots help than do it. Don't give a frick about what the OT thinks, it is your life. Sure, you should have an appropriate caloric intake and have some sort of activity that gets you moving on a regular basis, but I understand that is not easy for everyone and we have different metabolisms, cravings, and our bodies all react differently when maintaining homeostasis.
Even if all you do is eat less from taking the shot and lose some weight you could add years to your life and improve the quality of those years. Understand there are side effects, and risks involved, but you will shave years and quality off your life being overweight. It is your choice, I would recommend the name brands and not the compound pharmacy versions, this is usually something IDGAF about, but in this case there seems to be research emerging where the big brand names are having fewer and lesser side effects.

I tell the truth. The dude is absolutely delusional. 6’1 215 is fat… unless of course you’re Justin Jefferson who is 6’1 and only about 200
