I guess 5-7. I can go months without a drink. Other than a few beers (3-4), and a small glass of wine on Thanksgiving I hadn't drank for about a week and half or so.

Always been a binge drinker when partying, never one to just crave it.

On average 7. I take little pleasure in alcohol. When I do drink, though, I can put down some whiskey.

158 days sober.

Still waiting for the “sober life is sooooo much better” moment. I can’t stand those people. Yeah, I get it, step 1, but don’t tell me eating edamame is better than an ice cream sundae.

For years I've taken Thursdays off because I know I'll be drinking Friday. But after taking a month off recently I've pretty much quit during the week.

I really enjoy casual drinking and hope I never have to quit all together.

0 - 5 depending on where my heads at and if I have and corporate meetings. Need it to be at least 5 every week. Hangovers kill motivation.

I do dry months several times a year. So on average I don’t drink about 3 days a week. In actual practice, when I’m drinking, it’s 0.

People think I’m odd for doing this. I do 3-6 month 100% dry stints. Into week five right now. When not dry, I drink beer every night. Don’t get drunk but the tolerance creeps up and hence the volume. Then bring down the hammer to reset.

As you get older, you realize that drinking rarely serves a purpose unless you're an alcoholic.
