This seems silly. Who would actually use a one person balcony regularly? Seems like a novelty item that will eventually be a giant pain in the arse when it leaks.

The Saulet in New Orleans has (had?) these little chickshit "Juliette" balconies in the apartments. They were about 30" x 60", maybe. Completely worthless except to maybe have a smoke on. All of those frickers leaked and there was a gigantic lawsuit.

I stayed at an AirBnB in Boston last month that had these, but what was even more impressive is that the floor raised up underneath it and essentially had you sitting on the roof. Bizarre.
