From Katrina, two weeks. We were lucky because we are only about half a mile from a major substation. Some of my friends and relatives went three months.
Three days for Rita. Normally, we wouldn't have lost power but everything was patchworked from Katrina that it didn't take much to lose it.
It was only a couple of days for Gustav but my folks in Baton Rouge went almost a week. Isaac was a couple of days.

Never lost it for Katrina.
Lost it during Gustav for 9 days. Went the lights, AC and Wifi finally went back on, I was so happy that i could kiss some strangers arse. It was literally paradise on Earth.

House was disconnected for almost a year. Had a power pole that fed needed circuits.
Service was out in my area for three weeks.

Did you live in the Lower 9th or da parish? Isn't that where the worst of the damage was?
I was about 2-1/2 weeks shy of my 4th birthday when Betsy hit. I remember walking down our street in Metairie with my almost 6 year old brother to check out the damage. (I assume there was an adult present, but I don't remember it) Tiles were blown off of roofs, trees down, a carport collapsed on a car, but nothing too major. I don't remember the power being out, but who knows.
I also remember riding with my father out to Arabi (or thereabouts) to bring a styrofoam ice chest full of ice and jugs of water to somebody he worked with at Chevron. (Or, The California Company as it was called back then.) Wherever we were, I remember things looking pretty fricked up out there compared to Metairie. I assume it was just a few days after the storm, but I'm not really sure. It could have been weeks later. I just remember my dad pointing things out and telling me how lucky we were that our home wasn't damaged worse (we had our living room front window smashed).

Katrina: one month no power, a week or so, no water. Consumed many MRE's and drank copious amounts of FEMA water while removing pine tree from my roof in Slidell.
Rita (Texas): three days no power.
Ike (Texas): two weeks no power.
