about 45 minutes. I work 10-6 everyday. I wake up at 9am and get to the office by 9:45 - 10. Play a game of ping pong before doing anything. Office is only about 8 minutes away from my house which is kinda nice.

An hour and 40 minutes usually.
4:30 am - wake up
Shower, make breakfast/lunch
Watch a little morning news or sports
20 min commute.
6:10 - arrive at work about 20 mins early because I can't stand being late for anything. It's a curse.

I like to wake up early and read the news online, check the weather, feed pets, start a load of laundry, and stuff like that before I go to work. I have a 2 hour commute so it would be about 4 hours for me.

About 2 hours.
Wake up at 5am, have some breakfast, look at TD while I finish off my coffee, shower and shave, drive to work and get here just before 7am.

It depends on when my Metamucil kicks in. I wake up at 5AM, and I feed dogs, drink coffee, help kids get ready for school, and then wait until the moment occurs. Then take a shower and go to work.
I just can't abide going to work without a clean arsehole.

depends.... M/W/F my wife and son are out the house early so it's dead quiet...I linger like crazy just enjoying a quiet house... otherwise I'd say maybe 30-45 minute for breakfast, shite and shower before Im out the door

About 30 minutes but I lie in bed for up to an hour trying to work up the motivation to get up. I wake up, look at my phone, nap a while, wake up again, stare at the ceiling and finally get up when I can't put it off any longer.
