How long could you last financially with a complete lockdown?

I have about 8-10 months of expenses liquid and my wife has a job that allows her to work from home. I have quite a bit of real estate holdings, but I’d assume people are going to be struggling to pay rent soon. If that goes from a net income to a net debt, I could be in some trouble in about 6 months.

Well, this is the first time this has been discussed here. You know everyone on here has millions in savings so it doesn't matter to any of us.

I've got two months cash. 3 additional months in a trading account. Everything else I chunk into a 401k/IRA. Historically if its in checking/savings it gets spent. Worst case I withdraw from 401k.

Not really. I could get absolutely smoked in real estate. If people aren’t paying rent at all, there’s no telling how fast is run out of money. And the reason I have 8-10 months liquid is not because Of how much I have but because I don’t have a ton of bills.

My company, industry, profession, have been deemed essential so I am working everyday like none of this is even going on. I will be fine.

I'm working from home, so I guess as long as my company allows that or stays in business 
I guess after that I would have to raid emergency savings, then roth IRA, then roth 401k, then 401k
