Okay, I used think no-handed cartwheels were more fun, then I grew up.

I drink coffee black. It serves a purpose. Not everything has to be a fricking luxury.

Is she fat?

I eat worse crap than that on a daily basis, but I exercise so I’m not a fat arse. You can eat what you want if you work it off and you won’t have any issues

You can’t out work what you eat.

Especially as you grow older and your metabolism falls.

It would take an average person an hour of jogging to burn the calories in one of those drinks. Your ability to eat shite daily & not get fat is far more likely genetic/metabolism than working out.

Eat what you want, in small portions, cut back drinking, do some mild working out, and voila, the 6 pack returns!

I think it is a fad. Eventually people stopped shopping at the GAP.

Not Starbucks but these drive through coffee trailers make a fortune around here. It's incredible how popular they are.

Okay? But that wasn’t your original point.

my original point was that smoothie king has manipulated the fact that people are self-indulgent and will believe things that are not true in order to get the things they want, and they have used that to cultivate a persona for themselves that they are a health food brand. ice cream and sugar aren't healthy, so I'd say thats EXACTLY my original point.

I remember buying the Chocolate Hulk one time at SK, because it is healthy, right (not that I really cared). Then realizing it had like a billion calories. The name Hulk should given me a hint.

People think "smoothie, thats healthy, it's not a shake right?" but when you stuff that shite with sugar, fruit, frozen yogurt or ice cream, it's exactly a shake.

Do companies not have the Comm. Coffee or Folgers in the breakroom anymore?

Very- gets winded if she has to walk to and from the copier too many times.

They sell like 50 different smoothies and you’re bitching about one that’s explicitly listed as a weight-gain product with the contents and the calories listed

Give me a break.

Planet Nutrition is the shite.

Apple Cobbler
Blueberry Cheesecake
Banana Cream Pie
Coconut
Peanut Butter & Jelly

One of those a day as a meal replacement works well

Companies have coffee in the break rooms, but they don't serve these diabetes-inducing milkshakes to their employees.

I'd like to know how much Starbucks has contributed to rising health care costs.
