How exactly does Gary Chambers make a living?

Saw him posting on facebook and he said something about "as a taxpayer and a business owner." I always see him referring to himself as an entrepreneur and a business owner. What business is he referring to? The Rouge Report? Isn't that just an online blog? The few times I looked at it I did not see any advertisements. How does he make money off an online blog? Is he on government assistance?
