I didn't actually ever try to use social media to meet women, and can't say I know much of anything about the subject, but by coincidence met my second wife on AOL in the '90s. Before everyone had digitized photos. Talked on the phone and set up a blind date. As luck would have it she was stunningly gorgeous.

I did it as a joke one time and to troll lonely women. You get average to attractive women respond, but they ain't playing. You send any signals at all that you aren't serious and they aren't messaging back. At least the 30+ gals.

Haven’t used it since ~2018, but pretty much mastered it back. If you’re attractive, have game and a clever profile, you’ll get 100’s of matches and girls will pretty much throw themselves at you. It reached a point where I was trolling just to see what I could get away with, in the end I lost a lot of respect for women in general tbh. Pretty much all of them are whores if they find you attractive and you go about it the right way, and the amount of girls in relationships looking to cheat is astronomical

Why? IRL, she has to look at a man, figure out if she's married, and do all this other work. She gets on Tinder, she gets 40 men a day trying to frick her, and she gets to pick. It's the cheapest and easiest way to find dick, or a boyfriend, they have.
Tinder does have women that just want to get railed, but there are also women looking for relationships. Hinge and Bumble also have a mix of both, but it's a less stigmatic way than using Tinder.
