I had a client whose last name was Griesedieck.
No one in our office actually knew how it was pronounced. Some people thought it was Grease-dick...

I actually work in the town adjacent to Lawrenceburg. His name is actually pronounced pretty might how it is spelled. It's pronounced Ku-**** believe it or not. Team is 13-1 I believe this year. He's apparently done a pretty good job the past two years.

Not nearly on the same level, but at my old company we hired a new engineer and in his first day he was introducing himself to everybody in their cubicles. His name was chon Martinez but with his accent it sounded like he was saying "hi, I'm showin my penis".
