I was chatting up a manager at a Waffle House. and learned the following:

scrambled is the most popular order, followed by over-medium

most people who order over-easy actually want over-medium. Waitstaff are instructed to ask, when they hear "over-easy" if the customer wants a runny yolk AND slightly runny whites, which is the Waffle House definition of "over'easy"

Scrambled w cheese. That damn runny yolks is disgusting.
Whether I am correct or not, I always look down on people like you, and assume you are culinarily unrefined. Hell, you are probably eating your scrambled, cheesy eggs in a shitty trailer park. while your ol' lady smokes in duct-taped recliner, and your pit bull barks and tries to eat the local chirens.

Crack it into a ziplock sandwich bag, get as much air our of it and seal it, and then put it in the dishwasher when you run it. Comes out perfect.

I do that from time to time if I'm in a rush want want an egg sandwich. I spray Pam in the bowl so that the egg slides out and bowl cleans easy Add salt and pepper, 40 secs. Slide to toasted bread or bagel, add cheese. Actually pretty damn good and I can toast the bread and start the microwave while I'm doing other things getting ready in the morning

I can scramble or over easy an egg in the same amount of time.

Incubated! And then raised, plucked, beheaded, cut up, put onto a grill, and then put onto a bun. Damn! I don't have that much time! Scrambled!

I can too, but you missed the point.

The point is I multitask (I can get dressed in the 40s that my eggs are cooking) when in a rush. Plus there is no pan to wash. Rinse bowl and put in dish washer while eating with other hand.

This is by no means the way I regularly cook my eggs. This is an "oh shite I'm late for work" breakfast in a pinch
