How do you know if an Asian spa is one of those shady happy ending places?

So, I gave Dhillip a gift card to this Asian spa place out in West Houston that was recommended to me by a female friend...apparently this place gives great foot massages. Dhillip had done such a great job on the rolllout of the new version of the site and I wanted to reward him. He scheduled a full body massage this past Friday morning, and I haven't heard from him since.
How do you know if the place is a shady establishment? Do they explicitly ask you in the room, or do you have to give them some sort of signal?
This was Dhillip's first ever visit to a spa...I assume he is ok, but it's been 72 hours since I last talked to him...getting worried.

Legit answer as someone who frequents them and wants to avoid shadiness:
1. Look for license on wall when you walk in
2. Pay attention to their attire. If it's uniform/plain you're good so far. If it's "dressy" or revealing big red flag
3. Check for Kleenex boxes when you enter the room. Seems stupid but this is actually one of the easiest indicators.
4. Pay attention to how they massage. If they are lightly rubbing, tickling the back of your legs - bad business.
5. Bottom line is you have to be clear and tell them you just want a massage
It's not worth getting arrested over something silly. You wanna get jacked off, jack yourself off.
