Don’t take breaks. Circuit train. I do a 60 second cardio exercise between sets

Don't be one of those gym people that spend a majority of their time not working out.

I'm busy re-watching the footage of the set I just did on the camera that I have set up on the tripod.
And if any string-bean tries to take my spot or any one of the 20 dumbbells that I've taken for myself, I bellow out a deep "WOAH WOAH, BRO. NAH." while pointing at the camera and snapping my fingers.

Change weight, stretch, music change, hydrate, lift, repeat...

Gotta hit that circut with alternating sets and supersets. Hit a bunch of different muscle groups at once alternating between compound movements and more targeted exercises. I like to do chest exercises and curl variations.
It’s important to monopolize as many machines as possible while you do it. Sweating on the can help keep people out of your way. If they still don’t get the hint, glare at them menacingly.

I tend to have two muscles groups being worked each day - for example, chest and abs. I do a set of abs after a set of chest and keep rotating to avoid the downtime.

Generally scan the room again since my last set to see if there are any more old men around. Keeping count of the balls I'll see walking around the locker room is just sound practice.

I find a mirror and flex. I also listen to Ironman on repeat

I'm normally telling jokes, talking shite, bitching about work, or just running my mouth in general

You should only be taking a minute or so between sets depending on what you're doing. Stop gawking and get to work.

On my main lift of the day, i just change weight and mentally prep for the next set (which is increasing in difficulty to a max).
On supporting/accessory lifts i just superset and then take 90 seconds or so off to recover

I usually do this:
It makes others leave the area, and then I don't have to wait very long at all.

I'm not sure as I only do traps Mon-Sun.

you could always read the health and fitness board.
The correct answer
I use an app with a counter and only take 1m or 1m30s between sets. After taking plates off or adding them, it is about time for the next set. You can also superset other exercises.
Please do not be one of those annoying asses that take 3-5 minutes between sets. Nothing wrong with that, but at a public gym it is annoying as hell. Get a home gym for that.
