I have friends with differing opinions. We just don't talk about it.

One of my friendships has ended because she constantly brought up her views and always made suggestions on how I could/should change my way of doing things. It wasn't any of the topics you listed above but a lifestyle topic.
I have other friends who I don't agree with but we respect each other's opinions and don't bring up these touchy subjects. I try to change the subject any time I'm with a friend who does bring up uncomfortable topics, most of the time they get the hint.

I have plenty of friends who don't share the same political views as me or the same life views, views on gender roles, whatever...but how boring would that be if we did?

We have an annual tradition at Christmas which involves my very left-leaning cousin engaging in political debates with my immensely right-wing uncles.
Fortunately, I'm usually with my dad's family on those days.

As far as the OP, as long as they aren't preachy about their beliefs (am not preachy as well) then I have no problem being friends with people that hold wildly different views from mine.

This is an illusion. By "respecting" her lack of belief, you're condoning her immorality and in turn you're disrespecting her and yourself. You need to remind her that she is immoral and point out that you (a moral person) cannot harmoniously coexist with her (am immoral person).
She needs your help and you should provide it through counseling, support and public shaming.

Friends are one thing but I couldn't have a serious relationship(marriage/kids) with someone that had totally different core values.

I take this for granted, though I'm sure it can be done. My GF and I are pretty close on most major social issues, religion and politics. When I see people in long term relationships who aren't, I always wonder. But then, a lot of people will talk about how they're not really sure what their SO thinks about _______(some major issue/religion), so that just baffles me.
