I do not agree with this in regards to pushing agendas. I'm not a fan of either side pushing their beliefs. I can't stand atheists bullying the religious by poking fun, but I see way more Christian fundementalists handing out pamphlets and such. Christians also bring up religion in instances that "it doesn't belong". I understand that it is a major factor for them, but it cannot be used in forums where some arent going to hold the same religious beliefs (politics).

I'd say the only major moral issue we face today that I really fall to one side on is abortion (and not for religious reasons). I just can't help but be pro life. It makes sense to me. I've had discussions with friends who fell on the other side of the isle. Even had one break down and tell me she had one and we talked about how We both felt abkut the issue. I dont personally hold it against them or anything. Its not an easy decision and I havent been faced with it so I wont judge. But that doesn't change the fact that I can't bring myself to think it's okay. I could never be in a relationship with someone who didn't feel that way. I dont know if it would ever stop me from being friends with someone though.

I'm an atheist. Don't give a shite what someone believes as long as they don't treat those with different opinions poorly.
And I was even in a Catholic wedding last month and will be in an Episcopalian wedding next year
