Sorry you have no patience, care more about your happiness than others and it becomes evident in situations like this.

An equally big sham to many people is spending thousands or tens of thousands dollars a year on hunting, fishing, golf, college football or fancy cars (all things which I like to do except the fancy car).

20 million people visiting the park last year tells me your opinion does not impact Disney at all.

Universal because I live close enough to use a season pass, love roller coasters, and do you even Halloween Horror Nights, bro? Universal season holder with no desire to ever go to Disney.

Because they know how to market their product to make people believe it is something everyone must go to at least once in their life.

Lots of Disney love here. It's OK with kids but the blind love and devotion is kinda overblown. It can be fun but not the No. 1 place for vacations.

I love Magic Kingdom

The rest of the parks, meh

Nobody does a better job of making you feel like a kid again than MK. It's not for everyone.

Halloween horror nights

Did that once about 2 years ago. It was Frickin miserable too. The wait was like 2 hours for the main attractions and the lines going through were so overcrowded and backed up you could see what was coming so it wasn't scary at all. Even if you paid the extra 100.00 per ticket for the front of the line pass the scare factor alone was ruined. Universal lost alot of Florida residents returning the following years because they put quantity of people over quality of the experience. Imho

Bro...you are the one who needs to chill. You seem to have my life figured out because of my thoughts on Disney and Orlando?

When did I say my opinion referenced they had low attendance? This place has done a masterful job of marketing, I just think the whole experience is underwhelming and pales in comparison to pretty much any other trip I've taken.

Also, I'll spend my money how I damn well please. I have no kids. I am a sponsor on this trip. I never said it wasn't about the kids, so calm down brother.

Since I am not financially obligated to the kiddos, I will go to my college football games and golf excursions with a smile on my face. Thank you for your concern though.

We get in early and do the houses quick, before the stampede. Agree with you though, to make it truly awesome, limit the ppl going through at a time. $$$ grab, but we have a great time year after year.

PS - We got in 1st to "The Exorcist" this year and they weren't ready. Most lights were off or on very low. We thought it was part of the house. It was creepy and disorienting. We loved it! Went in at the end of the night and were like "Oh, guess they found the light switches!"

I did enjoy the vibe of the whole park during Halloween horror nights the zombie zones and little scary setups around the park were nice. There were some hot looking zombie nurses saling blood shots(alcoholic shots for $) also. I guess if I was gonna be eaten that's the way I wanna go out

I can't think of a bigger sham in tourism right now. You pay for overpriced hotels, overpriced theme parks, all so you can eat overpriced food and buy overpriced garbage souvenirs made in China.

He makes a valid point.

And yet he's there. So his whole rant is pointless.

Yeah, I think every parent owes it to their kids to take them to Disney at least once or twice, but it's the people who go so much that they purchase fricking time shares and go nowhere else that piss me off.

Really, there was a poster a few months back asking about buying a time share at Disney, which is the most ridiculous fricking thing I've ever heard.

I disagree but Disney has done a great job of convincing people that it's the case.

But what makes Orlando so special?

Because Disney has you by the balls there.

Yeah, but what's the height limit to most of these rides? I'd bet they're higher than just about anything at Disney.

I mean, yeah, but I see no problem taking them once every 3 years.

Preach brother. Preach.

I drew the line when the family in front of me pulled out the prayer rugs and pointed east.

Sebastian, sure. But Ariel, what a dumb selfish bitch. She signs a deal with Satan so she could get a hunk of man meat she had never met. She almost gets her father killed, and then Satan takes over the ocean almost killing everything. All this just so she can get some dick. She learned nothing in the end and got rewarded for being a spoiled dumb count.
