The key is to keep the area clean..After you take a dump get in the shower and basically anal rape yourself. Then soap up your butt and rinse. Put some Gold Bond on the area.

Take Rutin. You can find it at Vitamin World. You can google it to find more about it. A few summers ago I had a bad flare up and nothing worked. My BIL told me about this and relief came the next day and they were completely gone in 3 days. Anytime I feel a flare up I begin taking it and it knocks the hemmoroids out.

Make a slip knot with dental floss. Lasso the hemorrhoid and cinch it tight.
It’ll turn black and fall off in a few days and you’ll be good to go.
