The concern is even surgery would not remedy the situation, since the underlying condition (untreatable) is Irritable Bowl Syndrome, which require lots of squirting and spending time on the toilet, hence exacerbating the condition.

Oh, asking for a friend

Stop drinking as much alcohol and skip a meal or two and you'll be fine.

Rutin & more fiber & more water.

Less caffeine, less trash in your diet.

Fast, my friend. Fast for about 48 hours and drink fiber supplements. When you do eat, make sure to get lots of fiber. Repeat the fasting cycle to give your body a chance to heal. I had hemorrhoid/fissures and the only thing that made them go away was 3-4 cycles of fasting.

AIDS is the underlying condition and must be treated first

Preparation H every day and night and use those wipes and eat lots of fiber. I don't buy the fasting bit. Hemorrhoids can run in cycles. You can go months with no problems and then have a month or two with them. Not going to bathroom for a day helps a lot but I wouldn't fast to do that.

Only thing that helped with my IBS was a low carb diet. High fiber didn’t do shite, no pun intended. Low carb changed my bathroom situation immensely.

Man, that is kind of a pickle...

Thankfully, I don't have the IBS issue. I take miralax every night and have one good blowout after my first cup of coffee in the morning. I never, ever stay on the can any longer than it takes me to complete the dump (i.e. no playing on my phone or anything like that). I don't sit down unless I absolutely need to shite. As far as I am concerned, just having a stomach ache does not send me to the shitter.

Hit it with a few drops of Tabasco sauce, and it will draw right up.
